Trace the water line back from the steamer. Make sure all of the valves leading to the steamer are open.

Remove and re-engage the Quick Disconnect Fittings firmly until it clicks into place.

Verify a water pressure regulator is installed and set to 10 psi.

Perform a factory reset.

Check and clean the Injection Tube.
Note: This will take 30-45 minutes.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform the steps in Preventative Maintenance Card PR31 before calling for service.
