Thawed fries/freezer not reaching operating temp

Air filter may be clogged and/or condenser fins may be dirty. Wash air filter and brush off condenser fins.

There may be ice build-up on the freezer walls. Follow instructions in PM card to defrost and clean freezer and clean removable parts.

Note: This process will take approximately 2.5 hours.

If the step above does not resolve the issue, call for service.
