Product in cabinet is warmer than display temperature

Ensure the product was pre-chilled.

All product being placed inside should be chilled to a safe temperature in the walk-in refrigerator before being placed in this equipment.

Ensure the cabinet is not overfilled.

There should not be any obstruction in front of the evaporator fan.

Lower the controller set point temperature.
