Possible cause: Machine is locked for cleaning. Perform weekly cleaning by following instructions on screen.

Ice is melted together (bridging) in the ice hopper.
Use a clean beverage cup to push the ice into the middle of the ice hopper and then refill the ice hopper. Note: The ice must be removed every night during Closing Procedures.
