Product Not Dispensing

Verify CO2 valve on machine is turned on. Verify CO2 supply.
Replace empty product bag.
Check to ensure blender pitcher is installed.
Check to ensure hopper cover is installed.
Re-install product bin and verify proper engagement.
Verify CO2 line is properly connected and not leaking.
Possible cause: Unit is locked for cleaning. Perform weekly cleaning by following instructions on screen.
If the step above does not resolve the issue, call for service.
