Possible cause: Improper lubrication of draw valve O-rings.
Follow the assembly procedures provided in the 14-day cleaning instructions in the operator’s manual. Replace missing or damaged O-rings. Note: This process will take approximately 10 minutes on soft-serve side, and the product must be frozen. This will take approximately 90 minutes on the shake side and will require disassembly.
