Ensure grill is in proper mode.
For breakfast, grill should be set to AM; for all other dayparts, grill should be set to PM. Press the AM/PM Key to set the grill to the correct mode. Note: Applies models C832/C834/C835/C842/C844/C845 only.

Check to see if Teflon sheets require replacement. If Teflon sheets are worn, proceed with next step to replace them.
