Thoroughly scrape and squeegee accumulated pieces of food off the lower grill plate.

Clean upper release sheet with squeegee and wet sanitized grill cloth. Wipe down the release sheet four times (4) an hour during busy times.

Check if the grill scraper and spatula have sharp blades. Blades need to be changed if they are too dull to remove food or carbon from grill plate.
