Failing food safety test

Check that release sheet is snug.
Thoroughly scrape and squeegee accumulated pieces of food or carbon off the lower grill plate (grills without lower release sheets only).
Clean upper release sheet with squeegee and wet sanitized grill cloth. Wipe down the release sheet four (4) times in an hour during busy times.
If the lower grill plate has pieces of food or carbon, use the squeegee to clean the grill surface then wipe down with a wet, sanitized grill cloth
For grills with lower release sheets
Remove upper release sheet and look for any carbon building up on the heating surface, especially towards the rear corners.
Check appearance of product used for any signs of dehydration or ice build-up.
The lack of moisture in the frozen product will reduce thorough cooking and the frost build-up on product will affect the cook time as the ice boils off.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, call for service.
