No ice dispensing

Check to see if ice in hopper is low or out of ice. If ice level is low or empty, replenish ice bin.

Check to see if large ice chunks are in hopper. If large ice chunks are found, power off, remove large pieces of ice, and replenish hwith proper ice.

Check to see if ice gate switch is in on position.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, follow the monthly maintenance procedures for cleaning the ice chute.
If the step above does not resolve the issue, call for service.
