There is either too much or too little water; water quantity and/or steam intervals need to be adjusted.

  • Step 1

  • With the unit turned on, press and hold the PROGRAM button until CYC appears on the display.

  • Step 2

  • Press the UP or DOWN buttons until SHOT appears on the display.

  • Step 3

  • Press the OK button. Then use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the SHOT value to 0.20 (factory default). The SHOT value sets the amount of water used in each shot of steam. The higher the SHOT value, the more moist the bun. A lower value results in a dry bun.

  • Step 4

  • Press the Program Button to save the changes. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to navigate to and change the INTR value to 4 (factory default). The INTR value sets the amount of time between water shots. The higher the INTR value, the more time there is between shots.
